    Me and my dude went in to have a decent meal after work. He ordered the smokehouse combo and I ordered the ultimate Cajun Alfredo. “Horrible” food tasted like leftovers ???? only thing was good on his platter was the corn on the cob. He switched out fries for rice. Rice was had like it came from the Chinese restaurant. His rib was all bones and dried up. My Alfredo was cold and dry where it had to be heated back up n asked for more sauce. Had to go home n doctored it up my way just to eat it. Customer Service was horrible. After we got our appetizer we was left without any utensils nor straws… my dude wanted to leave after that but I told him just to be patient which now we wish we had just left instead of paying $63 for horrible food…. NEVER GOING BACK..

    Went in for lunch with my wife. The baked potato soup was great! I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger. Char grilled to perfection! Sat in the bar area because it was early afternoon. Everything was great except one loudmouth ASSHAT with his friend at the bar. We were getting ready to ask to be moved, but they were on their way out. Not a very good representation of the company that they worked for, Climate Pros. They were anything but pros! Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars on the atmosphere.

    Oh man where should I start. This has to be one of the worst restaurant customer service experiences ever. We drove 20 minutes and ordered $75 worth of food. Got back to the hotel and my premium side was missing. I called and spoke to the manager who argued with me about not seeing my side on her screen and concluded I didn't order it. We argued and I asked her to just compensate me for the missed side since I was already back in the city. She said no. We ended up driving back to the restaurant and she interrupted while I was speaking to the server and showed me her screen. I had my receipt and emailed confirmation. She then apologized and stated "she was sorry, people try anything",she would now go get my side. Excuse me but what the hell are you saying by that? requested a fresh meal since I had to bring my food back to show her I wasn't lying. She turned her nose up and took my bag. We waited 20 minutes and got the fresh food and insincere apology. Got back to the hotel and my shrimp was missing that came with the steak. I was tired and didn't feel like dealing with it anymore at this point. Worst ever. Will never go back!

    This location is very convenient. The only bad part is that they're short staffed so you have to be patient. I've been to this one quite a few times for lunch and drinks, which was always very good.

    First let me start off by saying we LOVE the chili’s brand and have never had issues previously. Today I ordered for curbside pickup, it came out quickly, but unfortunately I didn’t check the order before I left. I ordered 2 queso’s. 1 skillet queso & 1 queso blanco. Not only was the queso blanco completely missing from the order the skillet queso was barely half full. Overall very disappointed with the location and won’t be back.
