It is one of the best fast food places that offers premiere service! Almost every staff member greets you and ends their statement with, "My pleasure." Food is made fresh, and orders are accurate. There's no limit on sauces for your chicken sandwiches or nuggets, unlike other places that charge for extra dipping sauces.
Decided to try out the new pimento sandwich and was not disappointed. It’s good. It’s not mind blowing. The jalapeños are so sweet it’s like pickles on it(not a bad thing, but I like heat). The pimento cheese reminds me of the dip/spread as a kid. Haven’t had it in ages. I didn’t get the spicy chicken, just regular. Unfortunately this location forgot to give me a straw and condiments asked for. I think we came during a shift change.
Ordered a salad and found a lovely ladybug at the bottom of it. Called in to voice my concerns and the manager Marko offered to have me drive back 20 mins over there to get another salad. Seemed a little agitated as I was too and then asked me what would make this situation fine. I told him what would make this right and he told me to give him some time to speak to the operator. Waited 3 days, no call whatsoever. Called back in and he said to wait another day. At that point I called once more and then I finally got to speak to him over the phone, proceeded to tell me I can’t do that but the best he’s willing to offer is just to remake the salad. I mean I get it you’re just the manager but my gosh at least know how to cater to the customer especially a medical professional knowing the risks of ingesting a bacteria infested insect. Honestly deserves a 0 star rating and absolutely will not be going back!!!!!!! This location definitely does not live up to the chick fil a standard.
Ok so let me start by saying the young lady was extremely kind and polite and repeated the order twice. When I got home my chicken sandwich was missing. So it totally sucked that while my family was eating that I had to run back up there (everyone knows the hill crazy mess). The food was good but it's another place to make sure as many times as repeated back to check the bag.
Wonderful experience! The staff was welcoming and the owner/manager, Brad remembered us by name and was very helpful. By the time I sat down after ordering, it was being delivered. They were also having free pumpkin painting and we all had a blast! Other workers also helped us and were hospitable. They brought us refills and made sure we had everything we needed. Of course the food was great! Always tasty. Best CFA in our area! Great experience!
