I've been eager to try Sabina's after hearing rave reviews for many years! The building is adorable, old fashioned diner style but with more seating than you'd expect. Today I stopped in for the combination plate and every bite was fantastic. The highlights for me were the mashed potatoes and the kielbasa. Do pay extra for bacon and onions on your pierogies, it's worth it! Great coffee and soups too! Super friendly service and the prices aren't bad. We'll definitely be back!
They were out of their famous corned beef when I was in town ....circled to the perogi plate with city chicken...got the cucumber salad with it and shared a meatball plate. All was delicious. Seems like a very good scratch kitchen. Every thing was fresh made. Recommended it to everyone.
It was my first time having Polish food when I came here. And I'm now a regular customer! The waitress who helped me out, Jenna, was spectacular and had perfect comedic timing. Love this place so much!
If you are looking for authentic, home-style, Polish comfort food, this is definitely the place. Two of us ate here on a Friday night around 6:30 pm and the place was packed with locals. They work the tables quickly and we were seated in a few minutes. The service was very friendly and attentive. We elected to have the combination plate. It was loaded with flavor and goodness! Smoked kielbasa, stuffed cabbage, meatballs, pierogi, mashed potatoes, kapusta, and green beans! The stuffed cabbage was the highlight in my opinion. We topped it off with an apple crumble for dessert. It was a great taste and value for the price.
