I have been going to Zo's for years (on inkester rd) and love the food there. But this franchise location making them look bad. The food is terrible, and they not willing to get you a new burger. Instead, they try to fix the same one that you returned. Fires are pre-made and they just keep them under the heater. Nothing in the order was right just the chicken nuggets.
We visited this place as a group and got the Cajun fries (box), two good burgers, 1 southwest burger, 1 chicken sandwich and 1 bean burger wrap. The good burgers were the best out of the group, the wrap was ok and the chicken sandwich I got was alright although i didn’t find a Wow factor. The food could’ve been much hotter, as we were served it was more room temperature. The Cajun fries weren’t any special either.
Their southwest and Lebanese burgers are good. Had them with an Oreo and chocolate shake with the burgers and those were good as well. There is parking behind the store away from the main road.
TLDR the place is good but it's worse than five guys in some aspects, especially after spending $38. Now to people that want more specifics: The good burger (double), tbh pretty good. The burgers were really well cook, maybe a little more seasoning and sauce, and fresh mozzarella sticks instead of something that has sat for maybe 15 minutes or so. The burger is cooked better than five guys but five guys have thicker burgers so it's a toss up. Large Cajun fries: fried to perfection in my opinion. I do like soggy fries every once and a while but a good crispy fry takes it by far. BUT, needs a bit more Cajun or maybe some more time tossing/mixing them. Five guys no matter what makes their fries to perfection from my experiences there so five guys takes this. Mac n cheese bites: probably a 9 outta 10 for me solely cause they don't say how many you get for order of them, and to answer that, I got 8. Other than that, really great (Obviously five guys doesn't have them). Chocolate shake: it's a good thick shake and tastes great, but you can get the same thing from five guys and even Arby's with Arby's being cheaper than both options and more shake per $. So will I go there again... maybe. It's some pretty good food but for $35+ id rather just save the money and go to five guys or buy something else for food.
