We ordered a birthday cake over the phone and were able to text a photo of the image we wanted. It came out perfectly. The cake itself was delicious. Light and buttery white cake with custard between the layers and the buttercream was so smooth it had a whipped light texture. Sweet but definitely not oversweet.
Dearborn Sweets exceeded every expectation I had. I have grown up going to different middle eastern bakeries and we were set on getting our desserts from a different local bakery. My parent's friend recommended Dearborn Sweets and we were shocked. Their prices are very reasonable, they work with you and are very welcoming. Most importantly, every single pastry we tried were phenomenal. We are absolutely booking them for our wedding reception! You cannot go wrong with their desserts!
Best Arabic bakery along side Masri in my opinion. Service was great, the ladies kept apologizing for short staff and long wait. They don't have a huge selection but everything is good beside their fruit tart. Their fruit tart looks like it is from a grocery store. If you don't like Arabic sweets then their cakes are great too
Great little locally owned store. Always helpful and friendly. I drive from Youngstown, OH to shop here. Well worth the over 3 hour drive to take home some of the most DELICIOUS sweets I have had in the states! I will continue my 12 year trek to this place 3 to 4 times a year! When your tummy smiles so do YOU!
