The short middle age black woman with glasses at the cash register is completely rude and disrespectful. Went up to pick up my order at the counter and the lady wasnt even paying attention to me; just having a conversation with one of the other workers. The lady finally turns around to look at me with a snarky attitude stating “can I help you!?”, that not how you talk to a customer. I asked for my order and she literally grabbed it from the kitchen and tosses it on the table without any care nor said a word; the lady just left the cash register right after not to make contact with me. Apparently she doesnt now anything about customer satisfactory or even doing her properly. Its no wonder why this place is always hiring, because it’s always hiring such bad employees. Stay away and find another burger king.
Good food and fast service. First time using the app for ordering and that made it very easy to customize and pay for my order. Staff here are very friendly, too! Will come back to this location.
Food was made quick and fresh. The only issue I have is the cashier on the carry out window was extremely rude. Understand ppl have bad days but cursing at your cooks and being rude to customers is a problem
Food was not off broiler like asked. There was heavy mayo when asked for light mayo onion rings were hard. Whopper with cheese had no cheese. Burger King just opened back up & the clowns they hire are going to get them shut back down, or loose revenue to where they'll have to shut down !
