do not ever ever order from BK online my food arrived terribly cold, old and slapped together. fries tasted days old.everything was terrible.and i cant get any one on the phone to complain to other then a chat bot. never again!
This was 2 orders of onion rings. Supposedly!! A sheer waste of money! Just saw a review from an employee state ING that the company needs to do better by them! Guess that's why they don't do better by the Customer! They offered to replace the meals. who the hell wants to drive back when hungry and order should've been right from the start?. 2 old dried up chicken nuggets and cold fries mixed in the onion rings. With one box thrown in the bag upside down so that you can't tell that they messed up your order!! Shameful!! Do better Burger King!!
This was the worst burger king in history. Ran by a bunch of morons. Thank goodness it's closed. Make this into a churches chicken.
My dog was almost killed by these people today. My dog is a very spoiled German Shepherd and I buy him even fast food every now and then. This is not the first time when this happens but at least last time when it did the lady at the window told me ???? Hey. We made it onions ... Is that o.k. or do we have to redo it? ToAnd I was like. No it's o.k. thanks for telling me. I got home and removed the onions myself before feeding it to the dog. But this time counting on the fact that I talked with them 3 times for this. Could have killed him. Thank God he picked it.
Very frustrating I go to the drive thru order food the repeat everything back and get it right on the recipient no lettuce no tomatoes I'm allergic to tomatoes & what do you see. Usually even contracting cooperate they take care of you but here you just get thank you for your review and your money ????????????????
